Triple-Chip Cookies

My family loves these!

I don't use the milk chocolate chips called for in their recipe; I use Hershey's Special Dark chips instead.  :)

To boost the nutrition, I replace two cups of the flour with two cups of The Sneaky Chef's Flour Blend.

If you don't want to bake all the cookies right away, the dough freezes well.
